About this Site: Welcome to my new site and domain domain, Glass-Heart.com! I am so happy to finally have a new theme to my gallery, formerly centered around my favorite character, Usagi from Sailor Moon. Although Sailor Moon will always be my favorite anime, I fell in love with many shoujo anime shows along the way, including especially Fushigi Yuugi, Card Captor Sakura, and Kodomo no Omocha. Although my cel gallery is titled to have "shoujo anime" cels, there are a few non-shoujo cels in here. Basically, I love anything with an engaging storyline, good romance (must have ^_^), and, for the most part, I am a sucker for a happy ending. |

| Offers/Trades: Generally, I will entertain offers and trades for most of my cels. However, please note, there are a few cels in my gallery I won't part with at *any* price. I used to post "not for sale" (NFS) on many of my cels, but I found there are always exceptions, etc., so I took them all off. Please remember, however, that unless on my for sale page, my gallery cels are NOT "for sale," so please don't ask *me* a price. Offers are fine, but that means that *you* would be offering *me* an amount. (Just had to clear that up -thank you!) Also, please don't be offended if I say no to your trade/offer. I can be very finicky sometimes ^_^;; But please don't be afraid to e-mail me, I may say yes, and whatever my response, I promise it's always polite ^_^ As a general rule, I will mostly only trade for cels on my Wishlist. |

for Sale: Sometimes,
sadly, I must part with my cels, as I sometimes go buying crazy
<sigh> I will have a separate page with a link on my front page
for these cels. I will also sometimes put cels on Ebay. I often put cels
on Ebay that I decided to sell in which multiple people have asked me about.
Sometimes I have had quite a few people make me an offer or show
interest in a cel, and I can't
remember who was first, and I have bad records of all who have e-mailed
me, so I often think Ebay is that most fair way. ( I know many people
hate evil-bay, me included on many occasions- sorry! ^^;;)
Also, as I work hellish hours sometimes, I often cannot mail packages until the following Saturday after receiving payment. However, I will always try to get packages off as soon as possible after I receive payment. I accept payment in the forms of money order, personal checks, and Paypal. I also charge shipping charges of priority mail rate (right now at $5.35) plus extra for insurance if you would like it. I always package my cels with 2 firm pieces of cardboard within the priority mail box. Please e-mail me if you have additional questions |

Generally, I will respond
yes, unless I believe it is inappropriate in some way. I spend a lot of
time and money on these cels, and I really don't want to see them posted
on someone else's site (or even worse, for sale >_<) without
permission. However, for personal use, feel free to save them and paste
them on your wallpaper, fridge, whatever! ^_^
