Yuusuke is always in trouble with Keiko.  Keiko and Yuusuke have known each other since they were children and while Keiko is an overachiever, Yuusuke is always in trouble.  Then he dies, and everything changes.  He becomes a "sprit detective" after Keiko helps save his life by running into a burning building to save him.  Of course, Yuusuke tends to not include Keiko in his plans for her safety which really irks her, as demonstrated in the above cel of them ^_^
