Nadeshiko and Fujitaka met and were married when Nadeshiko was only 16 (!)  He was her teacher and she fell head over heels.  Here she is, falling on him, literally :)  Nadeshiko and Fujitaka are of course the parents of Sakura Kinomoto.  Although she passed away when Sakura was only 3, she is always watching over Fujitaka and her family.  He keeps her spirit alive in the house by always having a picture of her around them.
